Whether it’s telling the story of the future of sustainable farming, helping launch Minnesota’s medical marijuana industry, or working on progressive political campaigns, Jesse harnesses the power of the web to affect meaningful change.
For the past decade, Jesse was the Creative Technology Director and a partner at Haberman, where he guided a team of designers, copywriters, and developers in creating rich interactive experiences that resonated with discerning audiences in a distracting world.
Before Haberman, Jesse served as the Director of Development at Sevnthsin, a boutique digital agency in Minneapolis specializing in creating websites, mobile apps, and all things internet.
In his nearly twenty-five years in the industry, Jesse has had the pleasure of working with the likes of American Public Media, Target, Earthbound Farm, Traditional Medicinals, Daiya Foods, Schell’s Brewery, Al Franken for Senate, the Minnesota Department of Health, and Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies, as well as musical acts like Grammy-winner Bon Iver and Minneapolis darlings Atmosphere and Doomtree.
Jesse’s passion for the web, programming, and learning has also lead him to teach courses in design and development at the college level, and to coach both of his daughters’ Lego Robotics teams. When he’s not building the internet or teaching others how to, Jesse can be found drawing pictures of monsters, cooking vegetarian food, and playing and designing pencil & paper roleplaying games.
